Initial Acupuncture - $195
During a 75-minute in-person visit, together, we will examine your health history, presenting symptoms, lifestyle factors, and ongoing health goals. Treatment plans include acupuncture, nutritional planning, botanical therapy, and lifestyle modification. Initial appointments include a blend of acupuncture, energy work, cupping, and other adjunctive therapies. Traditional East Asian medicine addresses a myriad of symptoms, including but not limited to hormone imbalances, menstrual irregularities, fertility, scar therapy, pain syndromes, postpartum care, and chronic diseases.

Follow Up - $135
50 min weekly or twice a week appointments based on your health goal. Treatment plans are individualized and vary depending on your health condition. Sessions include a blend of health check in, acupuncture, energy work, and aromatherapy. A typical course of treatment begins with 6 weeks of treatment.
Acupuncture and Cupping appointments are 60 min and are $150.
*All treatments include adjunctive therapies (moxa, herbal & nutritional consultations) as deemed beneficial to your treatment plan.

Cupping Only - $75
30 min as needed appointments, no needles or other adjunctive therapies within these sessions.
Recommended for patients dealing with tension, pain, stress or acute injuries. Cupping therapy utilizes glass cups & fire to create a negative-pressure suction on the skin, muscle and fascial layers. Cupping helps to increase circulation, release tension, and draw out toxins.

Functional Medicine - $225
Functional Medicine uses lab-based tests to identify underlying factors contributing to the symptoms you're experiencing.
The symptoms most commonly treated are chronic fatigue, menstrual irregularities, unexplained weight gain, depression and anxiety, gastrointestinal issues, and hormonal imbalances.

Virtual health coaching involves a comprehensive and collaborative approach to establish health goals, address challenges, and discover the root causes to your health concerns. We discuss your current symptoms, past and family medical history, go over any lab work or exam findings you have had in the past in order to put all of the pieces together and see a full picture of your health. You will gain an understanding of the underlying causes of your health challenges and receive a personalized care plan – your roadmap to optimal health that addresses nutrition, sleep, hormone balance, physical strength and mind-body medicine.

The first days and weeks of parenting can be intense, beautiful, and often overwhelming. Every feeling is valid. One of the first things to be lost is the space a new parent needs to settle into their body and begin to heal. In a society that often overlooks postpartum care - pushing parents to 'bounce back' while providing little genuine support - this precious time is easily dismissed. I've witnessed how challenging and physically, emotionally, and energetically demanding parenthood can be on patients. I find great joy in helping to support and nourish people during this season of their lives.
Traditionally, in Daoist medicine, this sacred window is known as Zuo Yue Zi (坐月子), or “sitting the month” - a period of intentional rest, nourishment, and restoration after birth. This program is a modern adaptation of that wisdom, designed to help you recover and thrive postpartum. Combining traditional practices with modern care, services include virtual coaching, in-home acupuncture, herbal support, personalized meal plans and recipes, and ongoing text or email support. My goal is to create a supportive space for your healing journey, so you feel restored, grounded, and strong as you step into parenthood.

Payment & Insurance
Gabrielle Stratton, L.Ac is an Out-Of-Network provider and does not bill insurance directly. Many individuals have out-of-network benefits and I am happy to provide you with Superbills that will allow you to submit to your insurance directly for reimbursement.
Please check with your insurance provider to find out if your insurance policy will reimburse you for in-person acupuncture visits. I do not provide superbills for Functional Medicine services. Payment is due at time of your appointment for service.
